Inkster, Michigan  Initiatives

Purchased in 2014 the Cherry Hill  Performing Arts High School (The Inkster Educational Center For Human Excellence), located at 28500 Avondale St., Inkster MI 48141 along with over 30 other properties for our rehab program, these properties are residential and commercial spaces.    

The Inkster Educational Center For Human Excellence, which has 80 classrooms, a 1,000-seat auditorium, a full gymnasium and an Olympic swimming pool. We have been working on rehabbing our facility and we are looking for financial support to complete rehab. We also have a outside– a football field , track and field , tennis court and a baseball field, all need renovation.  

Purchased 20 houses in the Inkster community for an affordable housing initiative  (Inkster tradesmen will rehab the houses).  

Purchased a roller skating rink (The Inkster Family Skating Rink) as part of a family entertainment network  

Purchased the Inkster Malcolm Shabazz Harlem Market that will accommodate 30 new business enterprises.  

Purchased commercial spaces for community business use.
